Job Description:
We are seeking a confident, professional, and customer-oriented graduate to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Provide information about the company's services.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
Requirements:
BSc/HND in any relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Experience Level: Minimum 2years
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: ₦90,000 monthly
Job Type: Fully onsite

Responsibilities:
Ensure safe and timely transportation as required.
Maintain excellent driving standards and comply with traffic regulations.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report mechanical faults promptly.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of car maintenance and troubleshooting.
Keep accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance where necessary.
Requirements:
Valid driver's licence.
Excellent driving skills and good knowledge of Abuja roads.
Previous driving experience.
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Punctual, honest, and reliable.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
