💰 Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Brand Strategy & Vision: Craft and execute winning brand strategies that tie directly to our business goals. 📈

Brand Identity Guardian: Ensure our voice, visual identity, and tone remain consistent, striking, and unforgettable across every single touchpoint.

Campaign Mastermind: Drive creative marketing campaigns from initial concept all the way to execution and performance tracking. 💡

Market Intelligence: Dive deep into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to spot fresh opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our social media, content, creative, sales, and marketing teams to bring big ideas to life. 🤝

Partnerships & Activations: Spearhead exciting collaborations, brand activations, and high-impact initiatives to expand our reach.

📋 What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 3 years rocking it as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing/branding role. 🌟

The Skillset: A deep, intuitive understanding of brand management, market research, and consumer psychology.

Superpowers: Top-tier strategic thinking, seamless project management, and stellar communication skills.

The Edge: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite is a major plus! 💻

Vibe: Commercial-minded, results-driven, creatively bold, and able to juggle multiple projects like a pro.
