About EasyProperty

EasyProperty (easyproperty.com.ng) is a Nigerian property listing platform built to make renting and buying simpler and safer. We list properties from verified agents, show real market insights, and are building a public scam-awareness register so Nigerians can avoid property fraud. We are signing up our first agents and listings now, so you will help shape the platform from day one.

The role
You will contact property agents and agencies across Nigeria, show them how listing on EasyProperty works, and help them get live with accurate listings. You are the first face of EasyProperty to agents, so honesty and follow-through matter more than volume.

What you will do

• Contact agents and agencies from our outreach list by phone, WhatsApp and email, using approved scripts.
• Explain EasyProperty clearly: free listing, claiming an agent profile, and how listings are reviewed.
• Get agents to say YES to a free listing. You will list their properties for them, so the agent only needs to approve. Record the YES and the listing link in the tracker.
• Record every contact in the shared outreach tracker the same day: who, when, outcome, next step.
• Respect do-not-contact requests immediately and record them.
• Pass questions, complaints and feedback from agents to the team within 24 hours.
• Report weekly: agents contacted, agents signed up, listings live.

What you will not do
• Copy listings, photos or descriptions from other websites.
• Promise results, rankings or prices we have not approved.
• Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.

Requirements
• Strong spoken and written English; Pidgin and a local language are a plus.
• Comfortable calling and messaging strangers politely and persistently.
• Familiar with the Nigerian property market (Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt preferred).
• Reliable with WhatsApp and Google Sheets, with a phone and a quiet place to work from home.
• Honest, organised and able to work without close supervision.
• Experience in real estate, sales or customer support is an advantage but not required.

Pay
• Base salary: ₦50,000 per month, paid against verified listing links in the outreach tracker
• Data and airtime provided by EasyProperty.
