JOB VACANCY: FRONT DESK OFFICER Company: Winners Golden Chance Location: Head Office, Ikeja, Lagos. Winners Golden Chance is inviting applications from suitably qualified, smart, friendly, and responsible candidates for the position of Front Desk Officer at its Head Office in Ikeja. Job Responsibilities * Welcome and attend to visitors and guests professionally. * Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. * Receive and respond to enquiries. * Manage appointments and maintain the reception area. * Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements * Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Neat appearance and professional attitude. * Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Good organizational and multitasking abilities. * Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an added advantage.
