The reason why things are expensive in Canada is because two levels of taxation is applied on every item purchased. The GST (5%) and PST (7%). My advice to those who'll like to do their undergraduate study in Canada or outside Nig. is to make sure u can fund urself without hoping on scholarship or jobs. Life is much easier when u'r thr for ur post-graduate study.
