It's the ₦32,000 and you must apply using that link immediately you leave the application centre after capturing.

Assisted service ideally is supposed to be for them to 'assist' you to scan and upload. It's not supposed to be used to secure a date. However, because of the unethical practice of Tlscontact in deliberately blocking all free dates (even when the centre is actually empty at those hours) people devised that means of using assisted service to book appointment.

But if you paid for someone to assist you and you eventually didn't need that assistance, you should get your money back.


I took time to respond to you by breaking it down.

Assisted service means help me scan, not help me book.

Please is it the 32000 naira they are going to refund....or what ....

Remember we used and paid for the Assisted Service to get date because there is no free date ..

Hello everyone

Biometric done for family of 3 about an hour ago, and mail has just been sent by TLSCONTACT now that it has been transferred to UKVI for decision.

Hoping for positive feedback on this application and that of everyone else on this forum.


Please note that TLSCONTACT says if you used Assisted service to book appointment and you ended up uploading by yourself before coming to the Application centre, that you're entitled to refund.

Hence, I've applied via their website for a refund, since they didn't render any assistance.

Let everyone take note of this

1. @ davodyguy but you told me it is only 32000 naira only ,why am I seeing another payment of £76 again.I don't have that pounds money oo. Is the £76 for using vi location ?..

2.please I hope Ikeja location doesn't require this payment in £...Maybe I should choose Ikeja and pay only 32000.

Please shed more light before I go and make a mistake.

As posited, the £ needs either a £,$, or € card for payment, while the ₦32,000 requires ₦ card.

You need to use the card used in paying visa fee to pay £76 and another card for ₦32,000

@davodyguy Thank you very much,Please can I pick TLSVONTACT UK (IKEJA) instead of UK(VI )because Ikeja is closer to me than VI.

Myself, my wife and son are the 3 people I paid ₦32,000 for separately

I did my wife first, did my son's and mine.

Try to select time like 15mins are apart, as you may not be able to choose same time

With this, we would find a way to enter together and do bio same time, saving seriously compared with paying about ₦300k for three of us

Once you're on the TLS contact page, click Amend.

The next page you'll see is STEP 1 where you'll see different services with different prices. Ignore, do not click on any service on this page, just click on Step 2 UKVI

Now you're on page 2. On this page you'll see services with £. Ignore and not click any service on £. Just click Step 3 Book appointment.

Now on Step 3 Book appointment page, you'll see different dates and above those dates you'll see

Assisted service
Self Service.

Click on assisted service.

Then you start clicking on the time slots one by one on the day you wish to go.

When you click on a time slot, it will bring out a prompt at first saying you're paying for service, click yes.

Then the next dialogue box will show you if you want to upgrade to Prime time or Premium Lounge, click No thanks.

If that time is available, it will be loading and will prompt out proceed to Check out and you'll see ₦32,000. If you like that time, proceed to pay with your card.

But if that time is not available, it will not load.

You'll be doing the above steps on all the time slots, until you see anyone that will prompt you to check out.

Some time will not prompt, so you will be doing this continuously until you find a time available and pay only ₦32,000

Will I see a free date even if it is far .

Yes I just got my email around 11:30 am this morning with my DHL tracking number, hopefully it will deliver tomorrow, max Monday before evening. I believe your email should drop today max Monday evening.

There is 2 years post study visa for msc and phd but only msc research and phd can bring in dependents.
Public primary/secondary schools are free for kids. University tuition is billed differently. If you are a student I do not think you can afford private primary or secondary school tuition in thousands of pounds monthly so yeah all this information is actually available on the internet.

A solution had been given to the above stated problems, there's no free-service in Ikeja for now, as I know. You need book an assisted service date in order to be able to proceed. Then you can make payment, book appointment and upload documents.
