POTUS don't have to say anything about giving Green cards. Once they ruled against Trump justice department, the next step will be to issue them their residency permits. The fear of deportation do not hang on their necks anymore. It's as simple as that.

Their verdict was that the DHS didn't do things in the right way, the judgement didn't say they can't end DACA, it says they didn't go about it the right way. Chief Justice Roberts said the DHS can end DACA but they have to go back and do it again the right way.

You are still circling the wagon. DACA deal is done and those that were brought here would be issued their Green cards by the Immigration Services no if's or buts. They don't have to be afraid of being deported the way the Racist Trump wants. End of the story.

As for DACA It's not a free for all. It's a very limited amount of people, they literally have to apply and pay to stay in the country every year, and there are tons of rules they have to follow so as to not get deported, and it's not a path to citizenship.

Just a brief summary, before some unlearned people start to give mis-information about DACA.

The DACA were brought here when they were very young and they don't have to have a criminal records and they have to be students or doing something positive to qualify. It was agreed on by both Democrats and Republicans before the Racist Trump and his Nazi loving pals wants to discard everything.
