According to your John 14: 26, if the holy spirit is how you christians view him, since his coming and going non of you has been able to provide one info, he gives you about things to come. Has he? If so, pls ask him what he tells a catholic Bishop, if you are protester, then the Bishop may give you exact answer to what he (holy ghost) tells you the protester. |
No! No! No! You don't need to get angry and start insult. As a learned person, you only need to prove why a person thinking is daft. You see, when you insult, people around will take you to be the real retarded, thinker. Don't insult ok, it is immoral. |
To add: Help me check for the reason, while Holy ghost gives different information to different Christian domination about things to come, and about guidance. |
Marriage: Jesus remain Bachelor all his life, but Moses and Muhammad (p) got married and bore children. Muhammad is like Moses, Jesus is not like Moses, true or false? Let me leave you with these to ponder if you wish; next to come. |
Miraculous Birth: Jesus was created by God in a special way, Moses was created in the normal way, so was Muhammad (p) created in the normal way: a male and female intercourse. There Jesus is not like Moses but Muhammad is like Moses, true or false? |
It is quite unfortunate that you will not be able to provide a single similarity between the miracle of Jesus, and Moses; because the likeness in the first place is not based on miracle, but lifestyle and leadership. Just like I said, you need to understand your Bible, that is if you read it. Here is the similarity: Mother and Father: Moses had human mother and human Father, but Jesus had only human mother but no human biological Father, Muhammad had human mother and human Father. Therefore, Jesus is not like Moses, but Muhammad is like Moses. True or False? |
You said Ismael did not share brotherhood with Israel, is that your credibility to justify that they are not brethren? If they don't share brotherhood together, thank God they share fatherhood together, and that is the most important thing. Your criteria that Jesus is the prophet to come has been demolished in the main post itself, read it over and over. |

In fact the person to come is not holy ghost, but Muhammad (p) holy ghost need not to come according to Jesus himself, perhaps you don't read your Bible. Read: ...If I go not away, the comforter will not come unto you, but if I depart, I will send him unto you: John 16:7. You should know that Jesus is not referring to Holy ghost, because Holy ghost has been coming before Jesus: Luke 1:15, Luke 1:41, Luke 1:67. After his birth: Luke 3:22. It is nonsense to say he will send holy ghost who is already with him and his people. Think! |
Despite your evidences are illogical and confusing to yourselves, I will still find the patience to educate you more about your Bible; which you understand not. In the first place, there is no where it is written in the Bible that you need holy ghost to understand it. God is not the author of confusion ( 1Cor14:33). The words of Jesus, and God in the Bible are always clear and simple. It is the verses written by those unknown authors and other humans in the Bible that come with confusion. |
I am ready to give you eight strong evidences that Jesus is not like Moses. |
Thorpido, if I agree with you that Jesus is a prophet ( truly he is, but christians don't agree) for argument sake; How come you can't provide genuine evidence that Jesus is like Moses? From their brethren; Ismael and Israel are brothers from the same father, therefore their children are brethren to one and another. Can you point out the miraculous similarities, between Jesus and Moses? |
If you ask an average Christian, ” What does the Bible say about Muhammad (p)?” He or she will reply ” Nothing!”. Yes! You don’t need to argue, because modern days Bibles are mostly written in English language; the name Muhammad (p) can therefore never be found in any of the Biblical verses, so you can’t blame an average Christian for giving you such reply. Although, it will become so amazing, that Bible contains no single information about Muhammad (p) as claimed by Christians, a Book that spoke about the past and future events, did not remember to say a word about a man who spoke well of Jesus (p) ? A man who brought a world wide community of millions of believers ( Muslims) to believe on his authority in: 1. Righteousness of Jesus (p) - Qur’an 6:85 2. Miraculous birth of Jesus (p) – Qur’an 3 : 45 – 47, 19 : 22 – 33 3. The miracle of Jesus ( p ) as permitted by Allah (AW) – Qur’an 5 : 113 – 114. No! No! No! The Holy Bible must have said something about Muhammad ( p ). Like so, Jesus is not mentioned by name Every adult Christian believes that, if not hundreds, there are thousands of prophecies about the coming of the Messiah, in the old testaments. However, in all of these thousands of prophecies, non is Jesus Christ mentioned by name. If there is any, I need somebody to present it here, in the commentary. Christ is a title derived from the word ‘ Messiah’ meaning the anointed. What Criteria can you use to justify, that the prophecies in the old testaments refer to Jesus (p)? Can you deduct – philosophize to justify that? Though, deduction comes with lots of errors? Prophecy If you are asked, “What is prophecy?”. What would be your answer? According to Oxford dictionary, 7th edition ” Prophecy is a statement that something will happen in the future, especially one made by somebody with religious or magic power”.Thank God, the prophecies of the old testaments were made by men of religion like Moses, Isaiah, etc., therefore we are expected to see exactly; the physical and spiritual picture of the prophecies, as they were fulfilled. Let us read this verse together, Deuteronomy 18 v 18 ” I shall raise them up a prophet, from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I shall put my words in his mouth and he shall speak to them, all I shall command him”. To whom do you think the verse ( Deuteronomy 18 v 18 ) refers? If you asked an average Christian, “To whom does this prophecy refer?” He or she, without hesitation will reply- Jesus Christ (p); without any evidence. If every prophecy can be identified upon deduction, without facts and truths then we Muslims, also have the rights to adopt same method and say ” The Biblical prophecies about the coming prophet is for Prophet Muhammad (p), however we won’t do so for it is not necessary. The great dialgue One of our comparative fathers, Ahmad H. Deedat (RH) , one day was in a dialogue with a head of the Christians then in South Africa. The dialogue was about this very verse ( Deuteronomy 18 v 18 ). Sheik Deedat asked the head of the Christians whom he addressed as dominee, ” To whom does this prophecy refer?” Without the slightest hesitation, he answered ‘ Jesus’! Sheik asked why Jesus, his name is not mentioned here? The dominee replied ” Since prophecies are words or pictures of of something that is going to happen in the future, we find that the wordings of this verse adequately describe him (Jesus). You see, the most important words of this prophecy are ” Like unto thee”- Like you- Like Moses and Jesus is like Moses”. Let us leave Sheik with the dominee for now, so that he may do the justice. Sheik Deedat’s own words ” I questioned him: In which way is Jesus like moses? The answer was: ” In the first place, Moses was a Jew and Jesus was also a Jew; secondly, Moses was a Prophet and Jesus was also a Prophet – therefore Jesus is like Moses and that is exactly what God has foretold Moses. ” Can you think of any other similarities between Moses and Jesus?” I asked. The Dominee said that he could not think of any. I replied: “If these are the only two criteria for discovering a candidate for this prophecy of Deuteronomy 18 v 18, then in that case, these criteria could fit any of the following Biblical personages after Moses – Solomon, Isaiah,Ezekiel, Hosea,Joel, Malachi, John the Baptist, etc, because they were all Jew and Prophets. Why should we not apply this prophecy to any one of these Prophets and why only to Jesus? Why should we make fish of one and fowl of another? The dominee had no reply. I continued. ” You see, my conclusions are that Jesus is most unlike Moses, and if I am wrong I would like you to correct me. The Three light evidences that Jesus is most unlike Moses Now, let me come in, so that Sheik Deedat (RA) would go back and rest in sha Allah in the mercy of his Lord for the moment. 1. Jesus is not like Moses, because according to the majority of Christians, Jesus is God, however Moses is not god; thus Jesus is not like Moses. 2. According to Christians, Jesus died on the cross, for the sins of the world, but Moses did not have to die for the sins of the world. 3. According to the Christians, Jesus went to Hell fire and spent three days, but Moses did not have to; how alike are they? Watch out for the part two! |
