Good Day Peeps,

Please, I need someone who works with or who knows someone who works with Jaiz Bank to please enlighten me on what work life in the bank looks like.

I've been working with one of the conventional banks for almost five years and I think the environment is not that conducive for practicing muslims- most especially those of us in the Operation Division.

I therefore wish to move to an Islamic Bank maybe the environment will be more conducive for our Islamic practices.

However, I also wish to ascertain the Bank's recruitment policies(if possible), salary structure and other vital details which will aid my decisions.
