I believe there's communication gap between banks and the secretariat expecially north-west region katsina state in particular, most opened their account 2 weeks after directive to do so, just got information that this monday that passed some names was just submitted

I don't know if it's our bank delay cos according to information available to me nobody yet have be credited that opened account in stabic ibtc katsina state

I guess most people are raising false flag just to find out if youwin has paid, because in katsina no youwin account has been credited, may be youwin is disbursing based on some criteria, e.g sector by sector or new or existing, if it's based on who open account first, then I think I should be the first to be paid but nothing has happen yet
