What if there was another governor that ruled LAGOS in 1999,who knows if that governor would have done BETTER and taking LAGOS to greater heights than the mediocrity being celebrated.

Tinubus governorship of Lagos enabled him access to immense funds to prosecute a political ascendancy which grew his pedigree.

His mediocre leadership was covered under his political war chest of Lagos funds.
