It's better for someone who's civilized, educated, wealthy, responsible and willing to give you all the full benefits of life to takeover and rebuild your deverstated home with modern infrastructure, which your economy don't have the capacity to rebuild in 100 year and resettle you in the home you believe you own and manage you, than to live in that same deverstated home and under a rubble homes filled with bunch of already defeated and aggressive terrorists, with there poor father Iran who doesn't have money and interest to rebuild, but instead prefer to controls and feed the terrorists and left the majority of other people to starve to death.
