I got a new laptop, plugged my glo bolt modem and it installed successfully, but i tried opening the dashboard but it refused to, it doesnt show any error, when i checked my networks it shows glo network is available but cant connect automatically through there and cant access the dashboard.
How can i resolve this please?

It is the normal light it shows whenever i turn it on (to show that it is on), and it is not blinking

I bought a lenovo l450 laptop,but after few weeks as i was watching film with it,it went off (not charge problem,as it is even plugged charging).
I turn it on, it shows the power light but the fan and all other thing is not working,but its charging when i turn it off.
What might be the problem pls? I tried hard reboot but it didnt solve the problem
