Good morning all. A close Friend of mine has fibroids. She said a doctor in Lagos told her that surgery will cost around 1.2million...to see that kinda money is rare for now. Please any solution or information on cheaper alternative?

Hello guys
I have a kid brother suffering from scalp psolarisis, I.e his scalp is mostly dried up which forms thick scales underneath.
Any recommendations will be highly appreciated.
Although there's no cure for scalp psolarisis but I heard it can be controlled or managed to leave a comfortable life. This condition has made him depressed most of the time and he's 22.
