Xiaomi dey try then, so many appreciate the support of miui to even old phones. So in essence if miui 11 is based on android 9, phones like redmi 5+ and redmi s2 will get android 9?

good evening. pls I need help. I ordered a phone from Ali Express they phone has departed country of origin. it's my first time so I need some clarification.
1. how long will it take to get to Nigeria after departing country of origin.
2. I just realized I made a mistake in my phone number. I mixed the digits up. so pls what can I do to rectify this. I sent the seller a message with my track no and the correct phone number but no reply yet.
3. is the phone going directly to Nipost? if yes how will I know it's there . if no how I'll they locate me if my right number is not put there ...
