Please guru's, am looking for a school in canada to study diploma in environmentalBiology, I want a school that will allow post work permit and tution fee between 7k cad and 10k cad for the programme.

Please guru's, I graduated in the year 2009, studied environmental biology, I came out with 2.2, can I apply for masters or it has to be pgd, am looking at university of saskatchewan.
