You won't like yourself with 4Gb RAM O.
Make it 8Gb RAM minimum, 2GB graphics card, 1600 x 900 pixel monitor, AC in the room and 24/7 electricity (inverter, UPS etc). If not you will lose concentration and get upset.
Also internet access to check help online frequently.
It's a rather tough one for Naija environment.

Nice advice friend. We do have many who complain that adding more RAM will cost them much but with a lower version MEP we still were able to toggle them through.
