You dont have to be confused. Just stick to Ghana as usual. They will acknowledge and process. Its just obvious now that more offices are processing study permits which is the reason for the reduced processing time for Nigeria.

Please can you clarify on that is it that they don't process in Ghana again just Nairobi and Lagos. I'm confused please?
