Hello, I so sorry for replying late
So, I remember that
1. I was asked to calculate Gross Margin,
2. I was also asked the SROI for Uganda or maybe Kenya from 2017-2021,
3. I was also asked to describe the model of One Acre Fund in one sentence.
4. There was this excel table and we were asked to interpret it and make a decision from it
5. They asked between subsiding $1 or increasing the impact of $1 which one is better

That's all I remember, the questions were 8 into total.

But hey, you can't really tell if they saw it as "rubbish".

I don't know if you had the interview with the two Directors but if it's just one, prepare very well for the next Director and give it your all. And who knows? Your next interview might just turn out to be your best interview.

Thanks Alienist you keep reassuring us every time, I had interview with Mr. Leonard but I think some other people were listening in the background because it showed that there were 4 people in the meeting.

Mr. Leonard was the only one questioning me, so I don't know if I will be invited for another interview with a second director but I will keep checking my email

I pray they saw something tangible and consider my replies good enough. All I can do is pray. He was asking me where I am from, where I schooled, why I attended my alma mater and I don't know why he was asking those questions

My interview didn't go well at all. I froze and all the answers in my head disappeared. I was saying rubbish, like I had no legit answer. I think the signing me out if the meeting initially made me restless. This is legit my worse interview with them so far

Please what do I do?

I was sent out of the meeting without been interviewed. I don't know why. I called to complain, no one picked up.

2022 Graduate Internship applicant, how was the assessment? I just finished mine and I couldn't answer all the questions. This is perhaps the most complex job assessment I have ever done.

For you guys, how was it?

I was also invited for their internship assessment. Someone said our arithmetic skills will be tested. Me I don't know math

Good morning everyone, any updates about SARO AFRICA? Have the remaining people been called for their 3rd level interview? Also have people who have done 3rd been invited for 4th level? Has offer letter started rolling out?

Hello, I don't know what you should expect considering that I have not done them myself.

Why did you say it is urgent? Were you invited for the 3rd level interview already? When is your 3rd level interview?

Can someone else be kind enough to call the HR? I believe if one person keeps on calling them, it may come off as disturbance or desperation. And I don't think anyone wants that.

Who wants to call today? I called last week Wednesday

I don't know if it is safe to call again, to avoid looking desperate

I also called one of the HR the one that invited me for 2nd level interview, but with the way she sounded it's seems she is not around maybe she is on leave or something.

she told me she does not know much about the recruitment process that she will text her colleague and get back to me that was on Friday though..

Hello everyone.

Hi Alienist, thanks for the updates through email. I joined Nairaland last week and I can now finally reply to people's messages and contribute to the thread.

I am also in the Saro Africa Recruitment process for Graduate Trainee and I am yet to get my 3rd level interview invite also. I studied Agriculture and I did my 2nd level interview on the 28th of September

I also called the HR officer that invited and rescheduled me for my 2nd level interview for update and he said that I am going to get an invite for 3rd level interview soon. This happened on 19th October, last week Wednesday

I have actually grown a little bit impatient to be honest but like you guys have all said, we just have to hope and pray. Let's keep being positive and believe that not only will we be called for the 3rd and 4th interviews but we will also get our offer letters.

Also, for does of us that haven't been called, I would love to suggest that one other person should call HR tomorrow and calmly ask for an update. That way we can know what is happening. (I would have love to call but my parents are advising against me calling frequently). So, if you haven't spoken to HR, please call them tomorrow.
