Nw hold volume up nd press power, do not release till ur fone enter Android3e Recovery.
now wipe cache, Data nd factory reset nd Reboot system
use volume up nd down to scroll in recovery
use power button to select any option gud luck

yehmy: welcome on board ur fone hav just been bricked nw u've two option either u take it to carlcare(Tecno office) or u do it ur sef buh u will need a system,fastboot,adb usb driver,7zip i will giv u a tutorial link nd put u tru also in between get a N3 stock rom or Xanders gingerbean custom rom.

OMG! Wat cud ve resulted to tis cuz i knw i watched already downlodd film on it yestenit til d ba3 went off. Then i plug it wit Generator. Just to wake up tis morning around 3am to on it then i encounter tis.

vicshownero: i follow all what you said but the problem persist...pls someone should help me quickly as i can not save new contacts again,the error message am getting is ''The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly.pls try again.......pls someone should get me out of dis mess!!!

I face similar problem too. Still on it. But it seems resetting d fone wiil do us.

I ve'nt done it o cuz i dey fear o.. Cus i dont to see my phone aving anodar problems aftre factory resetting o. I stl dey use am lik dat o. Or av u done urs.? I dey manage am i do longpress d contact and see d call option to call. Put i cannot add or edit contract again.

Berryman: At d top of d screen in d folder u'll see dis in white bkground: Mount r/w. Click on it b4 moving d file.

thanks it works. I appreciate but d problem now is after i install my 2go with jbed. But d 2go keeps connecting. My question is. Is it not my mb tat d 2go java wil use or my credit coz i dont why it keeps connecting. Thanks

i didn't touch any system applications. Am always meticulous about d system applications.

edrys: Oga Hollaslyd tnx for ur tym and advice, but its quite unfortunate that it still did not work. i noticed that it takes so long for it to display list of contact nd i cant select neither sim 1 nor 2 in d choose default storage. Please is there any other means of solving this apart from rebooting it seems i dnt want to dare that for now cos of d root access nd beside will it delete d content of my sd card?

9free: Download and install contact+ from playstore and forget your sorrows.

I tried to download it but it says insufficient storage while installing. And i ve almost 26mb left in internal memory even sd 3gig.

This is what i also get in my contacts o. I ve cleared the data yet no diff

Applications
Manage applications
All
SCroll to contacts
CLick to open options
Click clear data
CLick back
OPen the second contacts if any and do the same
CLick back and open contact storage and do the same
You should be good to go
