should this be a news? Everyone human being is disabled. Disability is of two types, the ones we can see and the ones we cannot see. The ones we can see are things like, a physical challenge person, blinds, deaf n dumb, pregnant person etc these are perceptible disabilities. The ones we cannot see are things like, HIV person, emotional imbalance, financial difficulties etc, they are non-perceptible. Therefore why tagging a physical challenge person as a disabled?
