The certificate of origin has nothing to do with eportal or online-screening. It's something you will need to present when doing your faculty clearance in school. And judging from my previous reg,I think it's important.
If you don't have,you can get it from the LG of your hometown.

X+Z=20(2nd pics)............eqn2

add eqn 1and 2....2X+Y+Z=30
but Y+Z= 24(3rd pics)
therefore 2X+24=30
X=3....Y=10-3=7.....Z=20-3=17

Total equals 27
