Can you please explain how it works? If I was interested, what are the numerous steps I need to take?

The first step is to go for site inspection. And liking what you've seen, you are to fill the subscribers form which costs N2000. Then, you can start payment of the land into the companies account depending on the payment plan chosen on the form.
