Is it that no client of yours has started construction yet?

I'll state it clear to you. Clients can only start building after we are done with the drainage, street lighting, earth road, electrification. We do all these with the best interest of our clients at heart. These facilities encourage clients to start building as soon as they can. What we are building is a world class estate.
