This my first attempt to poultry. I started with OBJ birds and follow the laid down chart of Oga Neologe. Believe me I did not lost anyone till d 6th week when one of d bird hung its neck on d cage. They are now in their 11th week without loosing anyone aside that one though I switched fully to organic @ d 5th week.

It's better you sell them off. Grower will not save you. Broilers will consume more grower feed since it has less metabolic energy than broiler feed.

You may not make profit if you decide otherwise.

I have 5weeks broilers. Someone was telling me that it will be too much for easter.That I should use grower from now till February b4 I start feeding finisher.

Was unable to see d E.S.T Mix you prescribed.
D attendant @ vet shop then recommended the below since the E.S.T Mix is not available.

I've been administrating this for 2-3days now but no difference.

I partially agree with u. I have followed ur progress religiously and I can't help noticing that u spend a lot on the noilers, very unlike a profit oriented farmer. It sort of turned me off my decision to stock noilers cos I feel it is not worth the trouble.
If I decide to stock noilers as an experiment, my focus will be on cost reduction by using locally formatted feed of much lower cost.
I don't see why I shud spend 13 weeks and more resources to achieve a result I can get in 8 weeks with lesser resources.

pls, can one mix their feed with wastage of processed corn(called 'eri' in yoruba)

pls, another question is;
someone was telling me that one can mix d broiler feed with eri(yoruba: dont knw d english). its d wastage after d proccess of making corn(pap).
