The cost of stamp concrete floor is a combination of the cost of the materials and cost of labour.

So what are the materials needed in the installation of stamp concrete floor?


The materials are:

Cement

Granite

Sand

Polish

Pigment

Release agent

Etc…

So the next time you interact with an installer and ask him how much he charges…

He will do his calculations and get back to you on what it will cost you per square meter.

Basically what he will do is probably call the market to get the latest price of each of the materials...
(Mind you there are lots of fake products out there...if you don't know about it please don't go pricing it yourself)

...Then calculate the cost of logistics involved…

Then sum it up and divide it by the total square meter of your floor…

This will help him come up with the right price.

You see, in the current economic situation of Nigeria today, the cost of materials fluctuates…

...what you bought X amount today might cost more tomorrow (heck... might even cost more an hour after you just bought it!)


There are two ways installers charge

Full package: here the installer will buy all the materials...local(cement, granite, sand, mesh etc…) & foreign material

Half package: he only buys the foreign materials…(which are polish, pigment, release agent and the rest)

They do this because clients have different preferences…

Some just want you to handle everything(they want a turnkey solution)...

While others will say, they will buy cement, sand, and granite themselves.

So to get the price please reach out to the installer and ask him how much.

Although price per square meter will range from 4000-8000 naira depending
On all the factors I just mentioned.
