Constituency project is the biggest fraud in our constitution as well as most things under federal government. The proper structure should be LG at the Top STATE at the Middle and FG at the Bottom. Meaning LG is the closest to the people and should manage infrastructures in their domain followed by State tand Finally FG. LG generate revenue pay to State While state generate revenue and pay to FG. |
