A good phone repairer is a good phone repairer as much as it is hardware related. If you know someone who is good at phone repairs over there why not dabble into ordering these parts yourself e.g order AAA+ screen along with frame and some batteries. At least it will save you this stress. A good phone repairer or even a normal person who can follow instructions can change a display without problems.

The redmi note 7 screen he claimed he fixed freezes till now, sometime it will start operating by it self. The volume button is another story. He used fake screen. I once fixed my screen with a guy named Raj. No body noticed anything on note7. It's just that he ordered screen and yet to enter.

He fixed MI max 2 for a customer and the screen started bleeding and most of the parts we're just scattered. The body of the phone is rough that the owner dumped the phone with me since early this year. He used fake screen on the phone and when I called he gave me useless excuses and start speaking big grammar, but all I can say God will judge him
Check the way billing to and fro from Onitsha to Lag. Still, the phone is still dumped.

How can you simply brush aside the fact that people are complaining, by saying it's just 10 out of many? Is it that the10 don't matter, or they didn't pay you?

There are business people on this same Nairaland who had complaints about them on the forum, but people stood to defend them in their absence. That's the power of a legacy.

Work on your customer relations, man. One of the best things a business and even a person can have is people who would advocate for them behind their backs in a room full of opportunities.

This guy has a bad customer review when it comes to fixing of phones.

I Sent this guy a customer s max 2 screen and he told me here it was 13k gotten to Lagos he said it's 15k. Since the phone don reach lag. I added the money. Unto say we are one family here and I didn't drag it. Sent The phone back. The screen is bad! I called the customer care but they started giving me flimsy excuses. Check the cost of sending. The customer was so angry and he went out dumped the phone in my shop since then.

The phone case was so rough just like u dey learn work. There is this guy someone directed to me, his name is Raj. He worked on my sister note 7 very well and we didn't even know it has been worked on. But the only thing it's always out of stock. Or wait he orders.

Resolve what??! Using inferior parts for customers when they pay huge amount of money. when I called u, u started giving some useless excuses. I say no one I mean no one should patronize you again as far as I'm concerned. It's really bad of u. I sent a phone from Onitsha to Lag. Check The cost of sending? Then sent back without using the phone for a single day. This is why most people are not using these mi phones cos when screen breaks and no good technicians works on them. The address they gave us in Asaba. They don't have a phone number. It is so disheartening seeing your name here and looking at my customer's phone been dumped.
