I get same on my accounts as well, it's a sign of failed government, and I dipping hands into the citizens purses to steal. They couldn't even stop it during this difficult time. There's absolutely NOTHING the Nigerian government is doing for the citizens, rather the citizens are the ones sustaining their profligacy. What a shame!

It is not really difficult just click on naira mastercard you will be shown to pay via PAYU you dont need any Barter. Make sure you use Chrome as desktop opening Facebook Ad manager

They don't accept every card, try access visa or FCMB visa

They rejected my FCMB VISA. I then used UBA Master Card which was accepted .
But they ain't billing it
