I had relatives in Zaria that gave me first hand account of what happened after they relocated. I wanted doing my PGS in Jos only to encounter a religious attack on the day of application. Surviving in Northern Nigeria as a non-Muslims especially in places like Niger, Plateau, and Kaduna requires a miracle. The funny thing is that they are not even that plenty; they just found a way to make the northern Christians live in fear. See like Kaduna, once Christians get their politics correct, they could govern Kaduna State.

I live in northern Nigeria as a southerner. I can tell you for free that the only moderate Muslim that may never carry out Jihad or be apologetic to religious violence against non-muslims is perhaps the Yoruba Muslims. I can't even be sure about that. Muslims generally are okay with violence against non-muslims in Northern Nigeria.

I don't give 2 fs about Tinubu either, but I'm looking forward to the completion of this road for one reason: when I relocated to the north in 2003 and saw the road from Abuja to Kaduna to Zaria to Kano, I knew it was possible to have good roads in Nigeria, but those muslim northerners in power didn't care about any other part of the country apart from their region. I was looking forward to a southern president that'd have enough sense to construct a long stretch of road to link southern cities together like that. That's why I support the project.

Not a fan of PBAT but this project is commendable. We are oppositions does not mean we condemn every development strides. For instance, I don't like any of Tinubu appointments but I liked the appointments of Gen Christopher Musa as Minister of Defence. There is thin line between criticising your president and hating your country. Be conscious of that line and never cross it.
