Auxtan: My salesgirl understands my business to the point I am considering to just make her my family.
I don't do an easy business and I am looking to scale, which means someone that understands this business is vital for that to happen and preferably a family member.
Now I am thinking of marrying her and also in the process leaving the relationship/dating market that is a distraction.
I don't have issues whatsoever with this my salesgirl in terms of character and even accountability, she's just perfect in those aspects, but my problem is her age.
Right now, I am just thinking of taking this decision of killing 2 birds with a stone might just be the best for me, one is settling down and two is marrying someone that understands my business.
Is a 29 year old man too big for an 18 year old girl? What's the general public perception of it?
PS: For the main time, I haven't made moves on her. But my interviews on her so far shows she's not looking to enter the high institution anytime soon (probably due to funds). But if I become comfortable with the age gap that is my major concern, I'd make moves on her and see if it will be possible. I'm trying to assess general views on marrying girls in their teen like her. Don't! The moment you attempt to, things will spiral out of control starting from the respect and fear she has for the business you're doing, expand first and let her be in charge to oversee things and observe her competency, women are like weather. |

Nna2025: Hello Nairalanders, I know we are very sensitive to cheating so I ask for forgiveness.
I had a fling with a girl I have known for sometime now, I used CD but at some point, I used my finger. I started reading about Hiv and the possiblity of contracting it through fingering. Although my readings says % is very low provided there is no fresh injury, however I opted for PEP to calm my nerves. ( Pep is a drug used, when you suspect an exposure to HIV, remember you have 36hours to take it or else it won't work)
I tore off the pack, hid it in something and kept it in my bag. My wife for whatever reason searched my bag, saw it googled it and came back shouting and screaming since last night. My only comment to her is let's go for hiv test And that the drug was for my asthma, I know she wants to take it somewhere for verification.
My only fear now is if I disclose the reason for taking PEP, then my marriage is in danger.
Anything I can do to salvage this situation, I do not have time. Please my people How many rounds you do? |

This is what it should look like in a saner clime but this is Nigeria, a zoo by definition. Vdm steps on toes of corrupt people who will prefer using military to harass rather than following due diligence. |

But, we are in Nigeria where we like proving supremacy either in a subtle way or otherwise.
This is not only peculiar to the Yoruba kings... Alaafin do not stand to greet anybody, check. |

Even if the tithe and offering of black people is as much as the grains of sand on earth, a black man will never become pope.

Politics › Re: See The Picture Chatham House UK Used To Symbolise Nigerian Economy (pic) by AfroBeatDiary: 1:13pm On Mar 08, 2025 |
owobokiri: Obviously a deliberate attempt to malign the state of the countrys economy. Blame your politicians who go to the same Chatham House every election cycle to grovel and yearn for validation. They are the ones who put that organisation on a pedestal from where the operators look down and devalue Nigerias image and international standing.
It started with the APC. If their presidential candidates were not flying to Paris, they would be flying to London, just to take fresh commands from their handlers over there, after every stage of the presidential tussle. It is as if these guys who were born during the era of colonialism are not aware that colonialism has ended. You present yourself so cheaply to others, and folks like this will treat you and your people like you all don't count. Spot on brother. |
