I really like this WM kitchen strategy. Apart from escaping nominations, the guy has total control of what he eats, when he eats and the quantity of food he eats.

My take on respect is not peculiar to Boma or Angel....its in response to u trying to downplay the essence of respect...

I am not down playing on anything
I am responding to housemates discussing about who and who respects them and who doesn't respect them, rather than focusing on he essence of been in the house.

Respect is a core value that every individual should imbibe in their daily dealings. Even if u r competing for $1m , respecting each other is a requirement . Unfortunately, these days, the lines have been blurred.....an average teen or youth just blurts out whatever comes to.their heads without filter.....Life is full of competition but would that be a basis to lack Courtesy and respect for others just cause u wanna forge ahead...?

The thing is ...its a process...as u grow older , life experiences redefines your thought process....and the wise would adapt to the mental rejuvenation...
