For the past one month, MTN have been having problems with their f@stlink network. when you call 180 is either you are asked to send 8 to 131 to refresh your browser or you receive a helpless apology. What amazes me most is that, they do not have problem when deducting your money when ever you subscribe or forget to cut you off when your subscription expires. the big question is; IS IT A CALCULATED PROBLEM OR THEY ARE JUST NOT BEEN SERIOUS WITH THEIR SERVICES?? |
