Buying land is the best investment In Nigeria but care must be taken to buy from the right source. I will rather invest in land than invest in any other investment. Getting Lands for farming or agriculture is very good especially in a place that is well connected through roads and electricity. A 30K land can spiral into more than 100k in few years.
