According to my client she received the invoice since 8th and then paid. But on Whatsapp this morning I was informed by whoever is handling it that the client has not paid.

I don't know why I have to go through this every month. It's very saddening and if I complain I just get a long argument which is just as stressful. I waited all weekend no single reply and I really needed the funds.

Pls do something especially about the WhatsApp angle. I don't like coming on Nairaland to be talking about my matters but I'm always forced to. This wasn't how the service was in the beginning or else I wouldn't have been so comfortable with it.

I always look silly to the client asking questions I'm supposed to know. This isn't professional at all.
