No viable suggestions beyond return subsidy and give us rice! Rice from where? A people that cannot work yet want to eat. The obsession with rice nko, something that Is not native to their climes but needs to be imported... abi them use importation take curse us?
Then some will complain that they live in lagos and have no land to farm, as if they don't have villages... why not go back instead of being underemployed in the so called cities and slowly starving to death? what stops state governments from commencing a scheme to empower those who are able and willing to come back to their indigenous states to farm to do so and be paying them a stipend monthly until the first harvest where they can sell and become independent? If that Is done, in a few months food will flood the markets and Nigeria can finally break the chockhold the North has on our food security but no, no one is thinking. Everyone is looking for shortcut without any actual work done.
