Besides, we all know how it goes in Nigeria where people are induced to vote a particular way based on gifts. That's what he's comparing with offering voters snacks and refreshments regardless of their political choice. Or did you see Boris Johnson giving the snacks to only voters of Conservative Party?
That dude is either totally dumb or dumb by half. We once had Abiola who made biscuits and such other things as souvenir during his campaigns. No one accused him of vote buying.
In the present Nigerian case, some people who never intended to vote are promised money and other gifts to come out and vote for a particular party.
