Diabetes is a self-inflicted disease. Period! Everyone with the disease is a food/sugar freak who finds it difficult to let go. If you want to argue, go ahead, but check them all well before you do so. How many of them gave up sugar easily? How many of them can easily give up high glycemic index foods? "Dem wan chop swallow na and put meat, round about, panmo, etc".

Start a garden, eat organic food, stay away from processed sugar and high glycemix index food, and you can manage well or reverse it if not irreversible.

How can it be free when there is overpopulation and corruption? Decay is inevitable, but not until we have a sustainable structure in place.
