The House of Representatives is set to deliberate on a range of critical legislative matters including a bill seeking to create three additional states: Oke-Ogun, Ijebu and Ife-Ijesa.

The private member bill sponsored by Hon. Oluwole Oke, seeks to alter relevant sections of the 1999 Constitution (as amended).
As outlined on Thursday’s Order Paper, the House is also expected to debate the general principles of key bills slated for Second Reading.

They are: The House will also conduct the Second Reading of several Bills, including: A bill seeking to establish Central Gaming Bill sponsored by the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Benjamin Kalu and six others.

The bill seeks to repeal the National Lottery Acts and regulate all forms of online and remote gaming.

I pray this country work.... everyone is feeling the heat ,even the president said it this morning...when I was listening to him this morning...he said there are two options available for him...it's either he continue with business as usual or the remodel the whole thing and of which its painful for the second option and which we are facing right now....my fellow Nigerian....there will surely be light after the tunnel,just keep on hoping....things can't continue the way it were before without any changes.
