Please i submitted my visa application on the 11th of August, i got a mail from Visainfo that a decision has been made about my application since the 25th of August but as we speak, i am yet to get a mail from tls to come and collect my passport. Can you guys advise me on what to do or if there is a way i can contact visa office about my passport? |
