Regarding the payment, yes if someone will be making the payment for you then the person will have your log in details.

You will enter your personal details before paying for IHS fee/visa

The IHS and the visa ..is it on the same step or one comes before the other ..Also do you mean i would have upload all my necessary documents too before getting to the payment part ?

You input your details before making IHS/visa fee. Yes the login details is needed to make payment. If you are not the one doing it, when it get to that stage they will give you the login details so that you can make payment.

I don't know if I'm getting the IHS calculation right. My course is for 13 months. I calculated my IHS as follows;

IHS - (776+388)£ = 1164£
Is this the right way to go about it?

I don’t think this is correct
Go and use the IHS calculator tho

I gave you the value in USD.
For one year program, IHS is £776 + £388 = £1164( 388 accounting for half of a year). That is how it is calculated.
Visa fee is £490 subject to the prevailing £ to $ exchange rate.
Even if you used a £ card, it will still be converted to $.

It's a questionnaire and not an interview. No video. Which uni did you apply to?

For me, I prefer the Pre CAS questionnaire. The vital part of the questions are; why did you decided to study the course and why the UK. Don't panic, it will end in praise🙏
