People of God!! From 16th till now, I never see message. Now, my question is : can I go in there on any chosen day of my choice to do my capturing?

Well, whether DIY or otherwise, NIN is very compulsory.
There are claims that some states allow you to submit application without NIN. Lagos and Abuja make it mandatory.
Again, Alausa is very DIY friendly. Can't say such about ikoyi.
