For Vecino, interest from the Premier League is strong, where Tottenham have already inquired about the midfielder. A driver is trying to make their way along Union Street when a number of delighted fans decided to climb onto the car on Monday evening.
Several people slip off as the car creeps forward but one fan, wearing a red England shirt, manages to cling on by kneeling in between the bonnet and the windscreen. He punches his fist in the air in glee before throwing both arms up and landing back down flat across the window as the vehicle gains speed.
The driver, now unable to see, suddenly slams on the brakes and the man is thrown off and lands in the middle of the road. But the reveller was seemingly unharmed as he jumps back up to rejoin the raucous crowd. Videos posted on social media showed fans up and down the country celebrating England's 2-1 victory, from people on standing on top of bus shelter's in Doncaster to packed pubs in Cornwall.

Videos could decide the result of the competition this year. And it will almost certainly prove controversial
The World Cup will put the greatest footballing nations on Earth to the test. But there is another trial happening, perhaps just as important and even more controversial: that of VAR, or the video assistant referee.
The technology is being used at the World Cup for the first ever time, and has the potential to fundamentally change games. It could decide the future of the tournament, by reversing some of the most important refereeing decisions in the game.
Proponents claim that VAR will ensure that decisions are fair and that the best team wins. But even those supporters admit that the technology is still at a very early stage – with supporters and referees still apparently confused about how it should actually be used.
Despite that complexity, the technology is fundamentally incredibly simple: it is an extra referee who watches the game and advises officials on decisions. In practise, though, it might be very complicated indeed.
There are 13 officials who can be chosen as the video assistant referee. They will all sit in a special hub in Moscow – no matter where the game is happening – and they will do so wearing their full kit, as if they were ready to jump onto the pitch at any time. Of those, one will be chosen for each game, and they will have a team of three assistants.
In there, they will receive a stream from inside the stadium, which is made up of the view from a whole host of cameras – including slow motion ones – which the referees can flick between.
The VAR will watch the whole of each game. If they see something wrong, they can flag it to the referee; if the referee thinks something is wrong, he can get in touch with the VAR. Either way, the VAR is only advisory. Any decision ultimately rests with the referee, even if he has advised the opposite way by the VAR.

After the group A match, the group B match commends with Morocco facing Iran at the world cup 2018 in Russia. Morocco will play against Iran on friday, June 15, 2018. At Saint-Petersburg Arena. Time: 5:00pm.
Morocco fall into group B with the likes of Portugal, Spain, and iran. which will be difficult for the country to qualify for the round of 16. Egypt will be the first african country to play at the world cup 2018 as they take on group rival Uruaguay on friday, 15th of June.
Mohammed Salah who is suppose to be the face of Egypt will not play against Uruaguay due to the injury he got at the champions league final against Real madrid. The Egyptian Squad will have have to struggle without their their key player although is injury will be for few weeks.
But the Uruguayans have everything on their side with a complete squad which are ready to take on any body that comes their way at world cup.

A woman was left with an eyeliner pencil lodged in her eye after the taxi she was travelling in slammed into a truck while she was putting on her make-up.
The passenger, in her 20s, was sitting in the back of the cab in a slow-moving traffic jam in Bangkok, Thailand, and applying eyeliner on the way to see her friends.
But the cab driver then crashed into a pick-up truck in front – jolting the woman forward. She hit the seat in front, accidentally thrusting the pencil into her left eye.
Incredibly, the stick missed the vital parts of her eye and her sight will be unaffected, according to medics who treated her.
Paramedic Thanabodee Sabbodi said while the crash was minor the ‘freak accident’ had caused half of the pencil to plunge into the eye socket of the young woman, who has not been identified.
He said: ‘‘We received a call and there was one injured female with an eyebrow pencil inserted into her left eye. ‘She was in a lot of pain when we came but she could still talk to us and explain what happened. There was not a lot of blood but she had a small nose bleed.’
The girl was still conscious and taken to the Rajavithi Hospital where medics removed the pencil without any lasting injuries.

BRAZILIAN defender Dani Alves is recovering from knee surgery just a day after graduating from Harvard Business School. Paris Saint-Germain’s right-back had successful surgery in the French capital on Tuesday, the Ligue 1 champions confirmed. The 35-year-old was operated on by an orthopaedic team at the Pitie Salperriere hospital in Paris.
The former Barcelona and Juventus defender posted a video of himself on social media of him graduating from Harvard.
He wrote on Instagram: “I think it was worth waking up everyday [at] 7 am!!”
The following day, Alves was in hospital preparing for the operation on his knee and updating fans on social media.
He wrote: “A few hours ago I just started my recovery process and thank God everything went well.
“See you ready, faster, stronger and more good crazy!!”

Russia are in group a with the likes of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Uruguay. The opening match of the tournament on Thursday, between Russia and Saudi Arabia of Group A, will start the group stage matches.
