In developed countries, how can FBI or CIA arrest someone they don't know ,with making background check on the person, just the way Hushpuppy was trailed and nailed with overwhelming evidences.

Just this evening, a respected friend was telling me all the good things Governor Mbah is doing in Enugu state.
Notable among them was how he used technology to end touting in the whole of Enugu state. Every commercial transporter is mandated to scan a code where they pay all the daily tickets to the state Government directly.

This is true, but some touts still work in Enugu , collecting money openly. They even tax hawkers with barrow, pan on their head, road side phone repairers even on Sundays. This is obviously unacceptable and there are no infrastructures so far to justify these massive tax collection. The quality of roads built in the past 1 year is too poor that most of them have developed potholes.

However, he is courageous. He should improve the quality of roads constructed, stop taxing petty traders and hawkers , and many other people in the society feeding from hand to mouth without any support from govt. He is trying so far.
