ferdimako: Fill them out and attach to KCC's e-mail addy.You can call them b4 doing this.It saves cash. You can download adobe XI and install so that you can fill the forms out on computer instead of printing, writing with a biro, scanning and attaching.

u can download the forms,
-fill them with biro
-sign d appropriate portion
-write ur case number on the top of each form
-scan them with gud resolution,dpi (dot per inch)
-scan ur bar code sheet
-scan ur passport
-use ur case number as the subject
-send the whole document as attachment to KCCDV@state.gov
Note
do not let ur passport be less than 120kb

Call kcc with dis number 00916065267500. Tell them ur case number, full name,date of birth(e.g 17th),month of birth and year. If the above information are correct,they will talk to you. Bt if any of the information is wrong,they will drop d call. This shows that it is either d date or month is wrong or both d date and month are wrong. This is d first to do b4 sending package to KCC.

Remmy488: First of all u need to get Npc birth cert/attestation then proceed to get ur international passport then ur medicals and Police clearance wen u re scheduled for an interviw. From what I knw u still hva time u can wait till August before u start processing ur documents.

Wait for ur 2nd NL(notification letter) before taking further steps. Besides,have u confirmed ur date and month of birth?

Call them. If u send the package 2ru email,call them after 3 days. If it is 2ru dhl,call them after 8 days. And if is 2ru nipost(registered package),call them after 25 days. This is their number 00916065267500 (i will advice u to call btw 4pm to 9pm Nigeria time)

write the correct name into d forms and back it up with a letter to notify the kcc abt d mistake. It is nt a problem.

Yes. But i will advice u to go along with ur testimonial on ur interview day. It will show that u av completed 12yrs education. Most atimes,they do ask for it.

Several characters are often confused:
0 = zero, O = letter 'O', 1 = one, I = letter 'I' (like 'Ice'), 6 = six, G = letter 'G', 8 = eight, B = letter 'B'

Copy and paste ur confirmation number.

U can use either of the two. I will advice u to use email. It is faster and less expensive

Have u sent the forms to KCC? If yes,download anoda forms,fill them correctly,scan the forms,scan the bar code sheet and your recent passport. Mail the forms,bar code sheet and ur passport as attachement to KCCDV@state.gov. Use ur case number as the SUBJECT. Pls do nt use expired forms.
