Advice; Windows should b put at the wall center but only put at wall edges like in terrace curve or edge and also where exterior walls obstruct.

3. The double toilet for the visitor should b one.
The wait n go guest will use it outside d room along d lobby while the waiting/lodging guest will go out to d lobby to excrete anything he/she want to.

Well,this might be the client interest.
Land could have been saved a bit.


General advice sirs; Clients might b obstinate or not yielding,do what they want cos we must please them well.
Note; Try to advice the yielding ones.

I don't mind your criticism of the plan while I understand ur concerns but here are my thoughts as to reason sons for it being like that.
1. The laundry was created as a space for washing machine it would be easy to drain waste water at that location other than the other space u advice. Plumbing wise.
2. The windows left room head rest. Client wanted large picture frames behind his beds at those rooms.
3. Would have love this but he specifically wanted all rooms ensuite.
Appreciate ur criticism it reminds me of life in the studio.
Client also wants one entrance to masters and madams room fused into one reasons best known to him.
