Casting of ground floor done.

Plenty thread dey for him to check and I didn't want to give a figure I posted my email so if he is serious he can send dimensioned plan to me to make a proper quote ditto. U can do as u advised but every one does how things best suit them. Thanks though.

why you no go tire. If you are a contractor and needs his attention, as a wise man first ask him the location to enable you know the cost of labor and materials. Then put down a detailed quote of the price of the materials. Write a quote and prices of when he wants it on a high taste and when he wants it on an economy scale. Put the both quotes differently. Since he had shown you the plan you can even draw how house will look when it is done both front and back. He will be the one to request for your contact and from there you will get the contract. If you are a trickish person like most contractors do, you will under estimate the cost for him and when the job is going on, he will see reasons to put more funds in it.

yes it does cos prices of wood arent same everywhere and location can encourage or discourage potential contractors depending on thier own location.

Another option of the block of six 2bedroom design for our client to choose from.

That is my impression of how the building would look on completion which I created during design.
The client loved it and engaged us to ensure the work is built to specification. Pictures of work done so far coming...

We have been busy for some weeks now in Akure, where we commenced the construction of a block of six two bedroom flats for a nairalander I would be updating pictures on this thread stay tuned and be blessed.
