I am learning Web development and having issues with sublime text. The directory I created in windows command prompt, I thought the directory should automatically be available in sublime text. Right? I opened sublime text and cannot see it. I have installed plug- in like Angular Js and others yet I can't find the directory in sublime text. Please help.
