Yes, I was at the Secreteriat today 23rd and have submitted mine. initially before they collected our application it took them time cos they said they may or may not collect any further but as of around 10, they started collecting. Desmond you can post it if you are not within abuja but you must be fast about it. Friends also told me to make sure I submit mine by tomorrow, so I will be going to the Sectariate tommorow to submit mine. Hand written application and your credentials.
