The military says it sees Hezbollah struggling to bring in reinforcements to counter the IDF's five divisions operating against it in southern Lebanon, and that the amount of weapons that the army has seized is having an effect on the terror group's ability to carry out attacks.

In terms of rocket capabilities, the IDF estimates that Hezbollah maintains about 30% of what it initially had before the war, which is still thousands of rockets.

But due to the elimination of Hezbollah's leadership, including numerous field commanders, the IDF says Hezbollah is struggling to carry out massive rocket fire that the terror group had initially planned.

The IDF still aims to wrap up its operations in southern Lebanon within a few weeks. Once the threat of a Hezbollah invasion is removed from the border area, residents of the north will be able to return to their homes[/font][size=8pt][/size].

IDF: The IDF Struck Hezbollah Terrorists Who Had Fired an Anti-Tank Missile at Troops

The troops of the Golani Brigade continue their limited, localized, targeted ground raids based on precise intelligence in southern Lebanon. Over the past day, the soldiers eliminated dozens of Hezbollah terrorists, both on the ground and from the air, in cooperation with the Israeli Air Force.

The soldiers located two storage facilities in a civilian area containing a large number of weapons including shells, Kornet missiles, numerous AT-3 Sagger missiles, and over 100 mortars. The Deputy Chief of the General Staff visited the underground compound that served as a command center for the "Radwan Forces," which was recently located by the brigade's soldiers in cooperation with Yahalom Unit soldiers who raided the area.

From the remarks of the Deputy Chief of the General Staff, MG Amir Baram: "For years, the 91st Division and the Northern Command have prepared for defense and containment against what Hezbollah called 'Conquer the Galilee.' It is powerful and pride-inducing that now we are operating in the area from which they planned to attack us, dismantling their infrastructure and plans. This is how it should be done—there is no other way. Continue with your high-quality and significant operational work, which will have an impact for years to come on us and on the Middle East."
